Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Finance. He gained several years of experience in the banking industry before entering the insurance field. Brian purchased the Howard D. Thompson Agency from Dan in 2016. He lives in Blair with his wife Abbie and their children Quinn, Maren and Brantley.

Dan is a native of Blair, NE and graduated from Dana College with a degree in Business Administration. He joined the Howard D. Thompson Agency in 1972. Dan purchased the agency from his father, Howard, in 1990. He resides in Blair with his wife Kristie.
